GloTec Private Industrial Training Institute (Since 2007)
Running GloTec Private Industrial Training Institute from 1st August 2007, for the benefit of economically and academically weaker students of in and around Mysore.
It was long time desire of our President & Managing trustee, Dr. Alok Gupta, an Engineer by profession, to start a world class, basic Industrial Training Institute for the benefit of poor children of Mysore and surrounding villages. With the help of the co-directors on the board of M/S. Glowtronics Private Limited, to finance the basic infrastructure for a model ITI. Based on this effort, GloTec started functioning on 1st August 2007, and HMCT took over the task of day-to-day management & functioning of GloTec. GloTec focuses on students who have obtained only 35 ~ 50% marks in SSLC and are from economically weaker section.
The intention of the institute is to take possible dropout students and make them useful members of the society by providing technical skills and give them confidence to support themselves and their families.

Gaonkar Memorial Dialysis Centre C/o Bapuji Anand Ashram, Mysore
Dialysis for Needy people on non profit basis - This is a major project conceived by the trustees for helping the needy public. From the funds of Gaonkar the trust have established dialysis centre name M/s. Gaonkar Dialysis Centre and have put in 10 dialysis machines and accessory equipment. It started functioning in January 2011.

J. C. Gupta Memorial Women's Home
J. C. Gupta Memorial Women's Home has been built to provide dormitory type furnished living accommodation, with hot and cold water, electricity, CCTV coverage etc. for 18 adult girls at a nominal charge of Rs. 300/- to Rs. 500/- per month thus empowering underprivileged women starting out in life.
